Invoice Vault subscription terms

The standard invoicing subscription costs R 99.00 ZAR monthly and continues until you cancel future payments. Any limited discount and its payment count are stored with your signup and shown before you consent.

For card-required signup, setup costs R0.00. Your trial starts only after verified card setup and billing schedule confirmation. The first debit is scheduled at South African midnight after at least 14 full trial days. Your confirmed first debit date and recurring amount appear in the app and subscription confirmation email.

After the trial, PayFast automatically collects the amount you accepted using the card you authorize. A limited discount returns to the preserved standard subscription price after its stated number of successful monthly payments. Existing customers retain their access dates and stored subscription price; adding a card does not restart an existing trial. Where immediate payment applies, the amount and next recurring date are displayed before you continue.

PayFast securely collects the card details and handles 3D Secure. Invoice Vault does not receive card numbers or CVVs. You can update your card through the subscription page.

Cancel online from your subscription page before the scheduled debit. Future payments stop when PayFast confirms cancellation. Your remaining trial or paid access stays available. A cancellation awaiting provider confirmation is shown as pending and retried automatically.

We send your agreed billing terms and a reminder before the first scheduled debit. If required billing messages cannot be sent before the reminder deadline, we request cancellation to avoid an unnotified first debit; the app shows whether PayFast has confirmed that request.

Failed recurring payments may be retried by PayFast. A three-day access grace period applies only to established, uncancelled paid subscriptions. We do not run a separate card-charging scheduler.
